Where it makes sense
The BV475 adds usable volume without increasing the listed diameter of the BV450. That makes it a sensible comparison when a short-trip canister is nearly full after toiletries and return-trip rubbish are included. The taller cylinder may suit a different orientation in the pack, so check it with sleeping gear and water in place. We would move to this size when the packed menu demonstrates the need, rather than buying by a promised number of meals. Exact model approval, proper closure, and prescribed campsite placement remain essential.
