Where it makes sense
Lite Cot reduces the burden of carrying a frame, making it a candidate for someone who values a raised bed enough to carry more than a pad alone. Its dimensions and load limit are narrower constraints than those of the larger Cot One, so weight saving should come after a fit check. Plan the entire system with insulation and a pillow included; the cot’s listed weight is not the weight of a complete sleeping arrangement. It is also a low bed, which changes how you sit down and rise inside a tent. Try those movements and the prescribed assembly sequence before a remote outing.
