Where it makes sense
Disco is relevant when the limiting factor in a sleeping bag is room for bent knees and elbows. NEMO’s Spoon shape deliberately redistributes space around those areas, giving side sleepers a shape to try alongside straight-sided and mummy options. The vent arrangement also gives a way to adjust coverage without opening the entire main zipper. Those design features justify a place on a research shortlist, but they cannot establish how a particular sleeper will feel overnight.
